Anyone else experienced this with the destro ulti?

I unlocked the destro ulti earlier, first time using it, and whenever I cast it I can't use any of my other skills on that bar. Guessing this isn't intended, has this happened to anyone else?

✭✭✭✭✭Happens to me too. Mostly with the one that is targeted, not so much on the one that is centered on the character (but I have had it happen on that one too).
Bar swap a time or two and that can sort it.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
