Think about it...your huge manor will be way too boring with 25 people max hanging around...what about let your other toons stay in the house too and they will mind their own business until your come up and say "hey I am tired of this body, letme switch to yours" It's a great function, doesn't give servers a lot of pressure and hey it's just fun to have all toons in one place 
BTW Warden classssssss....we have warrior(DK),mage(SROC),thief(NB)and clerk(T..R?) now, wouldn't it be nice to have druids among us and for me I can create 10 toons of different races and each two share same class with different builds is definitely fun

Look what they did to IC in the DB update.
In Haderus the arb district there was all out free for all wars like 30+ people fighting it was epic as hell.
Some people decided that was to much fun and you need to have the flag or you have to respawn somewhere else and go through 2x load screens just to get back.
Not to mention those load screens might be never ending so you actually have to close and re open the game just to get back... Well look how active IC is now.... GREAT IDEA!!!
Sorry to get off topic. I like your idea. It would be nice if there was some kind of reason to own a house besides a DPS test dummy or just being bored...Edited by VoRaVeLi on January 27, 2017 1:40AM0
