I am hearing a limit of 12 players will be given access to each house in homestead, can anyone confirm or deny this with a post? Just trying to take details back to in game people, have a few guilds promoting their plans for a "guild manor" and everyone having access.

12 players is the cap for the medium and large houses, the manors have a cap of 24 players.
