I buyed today 22750 Crowns for 150 Euros in the Crown store but i only received 750 Crowns. I wonder where the 22000 crowns are.
For me it was a lot of Money and i am a little upset that i not received them.

✭✭✭✭✭Even if you did not buy them from Steam, as reference by the link, open a ticket.
@ZOS_GinaBruno does not typically respond to stuff like this when summoned. Other forum admins and mods will, from time to time. I think the "open a ticket" will be what they suggest, too.
If you are on console or Steam, I would wait 24 hours, just to be sure they are not caught up in a backlog. When buying directly from Bethesda for PC/Mac, this is generally not necessary.
Edit: Also, make sure you actually paid for them. If you still have your money, then you are probably OK and just need to buy them again.Edited by Elsonso on January 26, 2017 12:40AM1
