Visit Vvardenfell! Where Vivec City, Ald'ruhn & Balmora are tiny towns a few minutes of walking distance away! Completely remodeled and looking nothing alike because let's face it, you tear down a city and rebuild it, even if it is the oldest standing city in Tamriel! Mallepele✭✭Well, thb Morrowind was my first TES game I played, and is still my favorite...
BUT I'm still very much looking forward to Vvardenfell DLC ("Its gonna be the best DLC god ever created"), of course its gonna differ a lot from the Vvardenfell in TES3 (no Levitation, totally different engine, graphics and physics).
And yes all the towns (don't forget Sadrith Mora) will look differnt, you won't experience the "Go look north of that place, there is that ruin and somewhere in the east is the location you need to get for the quest". If you don't want an ESO Version of Vvardenfell, just keep on playing TES3, or wait if Skywind will come out someday (but still there will be no Levitation and differnt physics/mechanics). Of all parts in ESO I did mostly enjoy Stonefalls and Deshaan and can't wait to see the interpretation of Vvardenfell, Clockwork-City...whatever
