ESO Plus for Steam players is NOT resolved

I just got disconnected and could not log in via Steam. Had to use the ESO exe workaround. Please fix this for real.

You start the launcher with the ESO exe file in the ESO folder, rather than starting it through Steam. But that only works if you bought the game before your ESO account was linked to your Steam account.

Just out of curiosity when did they change the linking of steam accounts? I bought the game via steam a year ago and I've been playing with the eso executable basically one month after I bought it.
