ZOS, we need higher HP dummies

Ok, we have already prominent theorycrafters publishing results on PTS parses on target dummies. It seems that with high en gear and proper rotation self buffed parses last around 90s. That is okish at most and if you plan to do some raid buffed test, dummy will last probably less than 60s, making the result too influenced by things like crits or ultimates or make sustain tests kind of irrelevant.

But have no fear! The solution is really easy! Yes, make diferent sizes (hp) target dummies!

My proposal:

- (optional) 300k hp for simulate trash.
- (current) 3M hp for simulate dungeon bosses/strong ads
- (much desired) 9M hp for more realistic duration trial encounters

Scale the material cost adequately if required. Ty!

    It's not ideal, but until they release a higher health dummy, you can actually set up three dummies and then kill them in sequence.

    We have stronger dummies, yay.

    It probably was in the works past week already, gj ZOS.

    Any idea how many vouchers the plan for this one costs and the amount of materials it takes compared to regular one?

    Patch notes said it was available at the merchant.
    Added a higher-health Target Skeleton to Rolis Hlaalu's store: the Robust Target Skeleton. This Target Skeleton makes a better target for those who want to evaluate larger skeleton damage sums over long periods of time.

    Will need to get on PTS to see pricing though, haven't seen it mentioned.

    The plan is 200 vouchers and making one takes two animus stones, 2*50 = 100 vouchers.
