What other houses would you like to see added in the future?

While buying achievement furniture throughout Tamriel, I noticed some buildings that I would have liked to see for sale.
As the houses are made out of pre-existing buildings throughout Tamriel, which ones are you missing in the current line-up and would you like to see added in the future?

Two buildings in Riften would have made very good Large Houses or Manors

The Mage's Guild building:

The Fighters Guild building
This one especially as it has more sensible spaces inside than the Mages Guild:

A Hew's Bane House
I am quite fond of the architecture of Hew's Bane, and wouldn't mind a house in that style:

It has been said many times throughout feedback threads already, but it is a bit of a shame that Argonians don't have access to a Xanmeer-style home like the ancient temples throughout Shadowfen. Of course, 2 of the 3 Argonian homes are already packed into Shadowfen, and the Xanmeer style is essentially isolated to that region (beyond a patch of Coldharbour), so there isn't currently much incentive to expand the offering.

A stacked Bosmer-style tree house would also be great to see, beyond the proliferation of basic tree-pods currently available.

Dwemer ruins, Daedric chambers, Ayleid structures, and other unique styles could also be great considerations for particular thematic situations or characters.

I can neither afford nor do I have a high enough item limit to decorate the sizes of homes that come with the amount of outdoor space I want.

I would like to see a new class of homes added that have relatively small/medium sized homes with very large grounds. Call them hideaways or cottages or something.

Really, the more variety, the better. I'm happy with the ones they're launching Homestead with, but it would be amazing to see more housing options come out in the future. :)

    My Girls:
"If you were trapped in your house for, say, a year, how would you pass the time?"

Nephikah the Houseless, dunmer assassin: "I suppose I could use the break. I have a lot of business holdings now that need management."
Swum-Many-Waters, elderly argonian healer: "I think that I would enjoy writing a memoir."
Silh'ki, khajiit warrior-chef: "Would this one be able to go outside, to the nearby river? It's hard to fish without water!"
Peregrine Huntress, bosmer hunter: "Who is forcing me to stay inside, and where can I find them?"
Lorenyawe, altmer mechanist: "And why would I want to go outside in the first place? Too much to be done in the workshop."
Lorelai Magpie, breton master thief: "I'd go nuts. Lucky for me, I have a little experience sneaking out!"
Rasheda the Burning Heart, redguard knight: "I would continue my training to keep my skills sharp."
Hex-Eye Azabi, khajiit daedric priestess: "I suppose it would be lucky, then, that I built a shrine to Mephala in my backyard."
Yngva Stormhammer, nord bandit (reformed...ish): "I hate being inside even when I'm not forced to be. GET. ME. OUT."
Madam Argentia, vampire dunmer aristocrat: "I suppose it would be more of the same. I have a rather... contentious relationship with the sun."
Mazie gra-Bolga, orc scout: "Uh... I'd have to house train my bear..."
Felicia the Wanderer, imperial witch-for-hire: "What Lorelai said."
Calico Jaka-dra, retired khajiit pirate: "This one would like a rest from her grand adventures. Her jewel shop runs out of stock!"
Shimmerbeam, blind altmer psijic: "Provided that I am confined to Artaeum, I do not think I will want for things to occupy my time."
Shauna Blackfire, redguard necromancer: "Sounds like paradise. I hate people."
Kirniel the Undying, cursed bosmer warrior: "I would feel useless, not being able to fight."
Echoes-from-Dragons, argonian who thinks she's a dragon: "All the better to count my hoard!"

It's a bit of an odd choice but one thing I'd like to see is a medium breton house using the model for the Red Squall Armory in Wayrest - one rectangular room downstairs and one up but with a relatively large outside space.

Ravenhurst, the current medium breton house is a bit too big inside for my tastes (especially since it's mainly 1 floor with a small loft) and the courtyard is tiny. I'd love to flip that around and have a smaller house and a bigger courtyard. I really like the breton style but the lack of outside space puts me off.

Yup, the Fighters Guild house in Riften would have been the perfect nordic large house instead the one we have right now. It has the same interior as the medium one in Windhelm with a tiny garden and balcony. Huge disappointment for me.

Anything with some real, sectioned rooms in it. Like the Fighter's guild in Sentinel

Every current house save for a scant few have open floorplans that make no sense. If you want an example, go buy the big EP house fully furnished.
Walk down the stairs to.... walk through a bedroom to get to the kitchen!

I'm glad I don't have to sleep there with people walking through all day and night.

It would be cool if you could get the Harborage as a home for completing the main quest (or Cadwell's Gold).

I was also disappointed that the three Argonian houses are variations on the same theme. The Large house could easily have been in Xanmeer-style.

    A telvanni mushroom tower. <3
It was surprising that they went for the Orc style in Orsinium for all Orc houses, instead of the longhouses you see everywhere. Let's hope these will be added in a later stage. :)

I had to look this one up, because I totally couldn't remember this building in wayrest, but yes...only if it comes with those display cases that are currently in it. Hehe :)

I agree, especially with furnishing locked behind a grind, whereas trees and rocks can be easily sold at vendors.

Jofnir was a lucky ***. Had his own little bouse tied to the Fighter's guild mainhouse. <3
But yeah, houses with that are more divided into sections, or the ability to make our own walls, would be great!

OMG, yes. I sacrificed the occupant in order to rectify his mistakes, so shouldn't I inherit his property? ZOS, make this happen. xD

Also really like the suggestions for real-estate in Cold Harbour, Eyevea, Shivering Isles, the Darkbrotherhood Sanctuary. I mean, location, location, location, right?

    Two more for the thread:

Fighter's Guild Hall in Davon's Watch, but with a trapdoor to the actual tower:

    Screenshot_20170122_120036.png

    Fighter's Guild Hall in Daggerfall.
I was kind of sad to see that all three Breton houses basically have the same look with some variation on the floor plan, why not add a Breton house in the style of the Fighter's Guild Hall? It has two stories, and sectioned rooms. :) Could use a lot more light though, but that counts for the most houses.
