(LAG). Just returned to ESO ... did fungal grotto ... what's with all the screen freezing ... xbox

I started eso on pc then moved to PS4 ... took long break ... just came back to game on Xbox one ...
Is this an Xbox thing ... is the PC better or PS4 ... my first dungeon back and every single fight was lag with screen freezing for second or so every fight... is this normal on Xbox ? It makes not so much fun without it being fluid ... the game was fluid in dungeons the first time I played ... is it the Xbox one s or a fluke .. is it normal .. anyway to turn settings down like on a pc
It's not entirely unplayable but not exactly immersive either
Not a whine thread btw just looking for incite on fixes or something I can't fix or was it just a fluke etc

I hate DDoS attacks as a form of activism. It is so damn counter productive. Zenimax usually screw something up with every patch. Game became a bit laggy with the last one. Oddly enough, removing my long list of Cyrodill quests helped me get rid of the lag.0 -
Wolfsong✭✭✭What kind of weapon were you using? On PS4, whenever I use a lightning staff, every time an enemy dies my screen freezes. This is really bad in dungeons where there are lots of enemies who are killed in a short time, and make for almost constant stuttering while I have the staff out. This has been an issue for me since Dark Brotherhood.1 -

✭✭✭✭There are issues with destruction staves when it comes to chaining together attacks. Sometimes you can do heavy>force pulse perfectly fine.
