[Questions] Loot drops and the Dark Brotherhood Motif

OK, so I know that the Dark Brotherhood Motif pages drop from the Daily Black Sacrament quests, I know because I'm working on outfitting a third character with the DB Motif.

I know that in the natch potes for the DB DLC, it said that "completion gives you a chance to get a page of the motif, or even more rarely, the entire book!".

So; it has been quite a while since I've finished a Sacrament with less than a perfect score. We're talking being seen ZERO times, completing both kill/destroy objectives, etc. I haven't gotten a "Green" Sacrament reward container in ages, but all I seem to see are the "Blue" reward containers. I've been doing three Sacraments per day (three characters), and getting three perfect scores per day, but I have yet to see anything higher than a "Blue" reward container, and I've never seen the entire (Gold) Motif book. So, here's my questions:

1) Are there "Purple" Legendary containers?
2) What is the rate of drop for the entire DB Motif book? It must be soul-crushing small; and if the chance really is that small, well, that just really kills the desire to keep grinding out three of these damn Quests per day.
3) Has ANYONE received the full DB Motif book from a Sacrament drop? I'd be very interested to hear if there were anything special you had to do to get it.
4) Is the drop rate for the damn book bugged? Did ZOS stealth-remove the book from the Loot Tables?
5) Why does ZOS's RNGesus hate me?

Any insight my fellow Gamers can shine upon my conundrum would be much appreciated.

I have never seen a gold DB motif book.
As far as I know, blue boxes are the highest award.

I do this quest daily, on one character. I get a page, roughly, every other try.

I hate to "bump" my own threads, but the questions still remains; has anyone ever been awarded the full DB Motif out of the daily Sacrament quests?

Another matter, has anyone noticed that it seems like the DB Motif page reward chance has been stealth nerfed? I'm noticing a severe drop-off in the frequency that pages are awarded over the last month or two...

[UPDATE]

As of last night; I ran the Black Sacrament once again on all three characters that have it available.

Once again, that's three times with zero Brotherhood Motif pages, even though I (once again) complete the Sacraments without even being spotted one time, every night.

For parity; I've bee running the Thieves Guild Heists every single night for a month on three characters, and I get three Thieves Guild Motif pages per night.

That's a full MONTH now without getting a single page of the DB Motif!

Yep its not guaranteed. The gold book does exist I've seen 1 in a guild store along with Dwemer..I've had glass so they do exist.

They do need to up the drop rates though. Wait till the anniversary event. Double Sithis rings for everyone.

If I recall correctly, your character's skill level in the Dark Brotherhood line also influences drops.

My stam DK is Level 11 in the DB line ... and seems to get a page every 2 out of 3 perfect sacraments (blue coffer).

Oh, I know it's not guaranteed. RNGsus hates some of us. But the drop rates for the DB Motif are significantly lower than Thieves Guild or other Motifs available only through Daily Quests.

All I ask is that they bring the drop rates up to par with the Thieves Guild. That would all-but fix my issue with this.

I believe they reduced the chance to get them by alot, I went 50 days without one, also only have one char but maxed DBH 11

On all three of my characters, they all have DB Skill line maxed, with all Skills including passives purchased through Skill points.

So that shouldn't be the issue.
