If you play only one toon pretty yeah, as you can change its name to but changing names of like 5 or more toons seems a bit expensive.I am doing my best, but I am not a native speaker, sorry.

I am sure they have a log of name changes. While people might be able to hide from players, they cannot hide from ZOS.
Has anyone tested how many times we can change names, and how frequently? -
