Blazing shield shields you for and the amount of damage it deals

    I know someone who has BlazShield to shield 76% of their health and deals 76% of the absorbed damage. Their max health is 80k

    Probably the CP that affects shields. It competes with other damage reduction CP, but increases the strength of shields.

    Doubtful when it already took a huge nerf but you can make it OP with CP
