I notice that my account (In the game) is no longer an ESO Plus member (I'm not getting the ESO Plus icon near the crowns) after the January 18th Account System maintenance.
According to

According to your status:
[COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – January 18, 6:00AM EST (11:00 GMT) Yet is not completed at all. I'm still having problems accessing my ESO Plus membership in the game.
I tried reloading the game and the problem still persist.
