The White Phial In Eso

Wouldn't it be interesting if we had this item in game.
For the guys who don't know what the white phial is: the white phial is a legendary item, when you fill it with a potion and consume it, the phial will replenish itself allowing for infinite use.
Of course the phial would allow only 1 type of potion to be stored, with the ability to change it at the cost of discarding the other.
In my opinion, the phial should have a questline, or for the people who don't have the time to do it, there could be an option to buy it from crown store.

ESO generally avoids letting us have one-of-a-kind legendary items, because if there's only one of them it doesn't make sense for thousands of people to be running around with them. Imagine if we all got to keep Wabbajacks.

Tell that to blizzard artifact system, yet it has been great. Also, there should be only 1 vestige, but every player is one, so that argument doesn't really make sense, ZOS has already crossed that line. I personally don't really care if something is not logical if it's fun. This is a game after all.

That would be great, could have a server wide Wabbajack fight.

Maybe it could be bound to PVE use only somehow sou that it cant be abused in PVP much like how siege equipment doesn't work in PVE. the main issue would that it would prevent alchemists from being able to sell the higher costing potions.

On the other hand it might start lowering somr fo the prices of Trials drops if raiders didn't have to burn through the stacks of potions they do during a run.

Replace Snakeblood(useless trash no neg effects from potions) with White Phial(gives chance to not use up a potion on consumption?)

As an actual item it doesn't nake sense. We cannot keep any other artifacts like this, Dawnbreaker even is a spell. And not having to use potions would remove a decent gold sink, a reason to trade witb other players, it would be negative for the community and economy.
