Is to reduce the amount of damage of blocking. I know u may hate it but would u rather have that or some useless snare and fear timer cooldown?

U talking about reduce the amount of time of snare and stun? It's just useless u mostly get snared in PVP all the time. Even fear and putting 100 points in iron clad now is just a waste of a sec of fear or stun. And a sec to maybe 3 secs of snare even though u willl get snared again. Repeatable times in PVP. And in PvE it's just a total waste to use cause mobs don't snare much compared to PVP. The snaring on mobs is a lot less time than what us players use like hidden blade. The one hand shield heroic slash or whatever it's called the non morph one. And mobs stun randomly compared to players.NA-Xbox one- Ebonheart Pact- Nord Dk Stam
