So I recently bought the two assistants from the crown store the banker and the merchant. To my dismay I found that the merchant does not have repair !! one of the main reasons I bought her is because I like to do dungeons and I thought the selling and repair would come in handy and reduce any downtime if someone needs to sell and repair. Also the banker does not have guild store. These assistants are 5000 crowns each so their not cheap. Are these things going to be added to them at some point ? I saved up my crowns from my sub to get these I suppose I should have done some research first but I thought the merchant would at least have repair.

But yeah, I personally have the banker which I use all the time as I rarely need Guild Bank/Store. A quick trip to Rawl solves my Guild needs.
As for the merchant, I'm holding off until/unless they give her a repair option.

By stating s/he should have googled it, you're endorsing ZoS' very poor sales techniques.
Shouldn't need a google search. The onus should be entirely on ZoS to give their customers a clear and concise description. They're not the only CS items that suffer from very poor pre purchase descriptions. Hell, even some of the very, very expensive CC items have ambiguous descriptions. The antronach transformation being the obvious one. So many people were confused and surprised by the limited timer on it.
Call me cynical, but I suspect some details are purposely omitted for the very reason the OP made the purchase.

I never said they should have googled it, I said if they had it would've given them a heads up.
I disagree with the crown store descriptions on many things, specifically of late the New Life hats that ended up being undyeable. There's definitely room for improvement, but as you mentioned, it's a very poor sales technique that sadly works.

This alert merchant is on hand whenever she's needed, and will buy anything you or your group offer her.
I guess maybe that is better? It only mentions buying, not repairing?
