Activity finder timer, make it go away

It's become a major frustration in the game when using the activity finder with its lovely punishment timer if group is broken within the 15 minute time frame and the activity isn't complete.
And it's not because of leaving groups. It's because your game loves to crash right when you travel to a dungeon and by the time you log back in you've been kicked and get punished with 13 minutes of waiting until you can group again.
Or your game freezes and the only fix is to close and restart and same problem.

Or you get in to a group and it instantly says it's been disbanded and you get punished yet again with that lame timer.

Please for the love of Alkosh get rid of that crap.
