PvP without any armor and CP, just weapons and your choice of skills

You know how everyone is complaining about Proc Sets and CP in Cyro, so I thought it would be cool to create a campaign where you wouldn't be allowed to wear ANY armor, and no CP, and everyone could fight relying only on their weapons and skills. I think it would be really fun and fair. What do you think?
