Does a sharpened inferno BSW staff drop in city of ash 1 normal?

I've seen a guildie have one. In blue, so it does drop. I got a sharpened lightning in a chest.

I've run this dungeon countless times, with friends, randoms, solo. Normal and vet, I and II.

Dungeon weapons are WAY too rare. Doesn't help there's no smart loot system. Hooray to my two BSW sharp BOWS! (>.>)

For your sake, stop farming for the weapon.
Be a signal to ZOS to fine-tune dungeon drops.

It's near impossible to get. That, the sword, and the shield I feel are the hardest to get. Especially in favorable traits.

I imagine it's okay on a mag DK, but on my sorc it doesn't proc often enough. You need that chance from a light fire attack.

I have run CoA 2 3 times on vet, first 2 times i got sharpened inferno, 3rd time i got the sharpened restro. no divine legs though

Hey Jako, I dropped the legs in divines, but when I look at all my sets, the legs are always the tricky one to get ;-). Don't give up!

Hi Zed. Thanks, but I have given up. After 100+ runs I got the legs in infused. That will do for now. Maybe I will return some day. Farming for those legs actually turned me off running dungeons for a while.

One day of farming? I've been farming this nCoA I for 2 weeks, 8 hours a day, 5 runs per hours and I have yet to see any staff that isn't a decisive/defending healing one. Never lucky.

If weapons don't drop I have sharp Law of Julianos staves, and will run those instead, with 2 body pieces from the dropped set, and 3-4 Julianos body pieces. Combining 2 dropped sets that include weapons on a build is a nightmare setup, just looking at the drop rate for the pieces in general, and for the weapons in particular.

I don't have that amount of patience to run dungeons hundreds of times to receive nothing in return. I'd rather just go and run the content I want to run wearing crafted gear that gives me ~1% less DPS, then burning myself out, and running the latter content badly. In fact I ended up playing badly in a vet trial a few weeks ago because I was tired from farming CoA1/2 for hours during the previous days for divines Ebon feet. I got the piece, but I was so tired and burned out I made stupid mistakes during the boss fights and wiped the group once. In the end I decided to stop running any group content for an indefinite period due to the intense burnout from running daily vet pledges and other such repetitive content for a year, each day.

In my case the game almost killed itself and it's still in ICU from all that farming.
