Was Suspended? Why ZOS?

I recently tried to log into my game and it said username and password not found. When I went on my account it said my game had been suspended. I have played this game since launch, have put a lot of money into the crown store and have been a suscribed user since the beginning. Now Im suspended with no reason as to why? Please help, ZOS. It might have been just a mistake but I would like my account back. I never troll, spam chat, or bot and have been a dedicated user (playing pretty much every night). I have sent in a few tickets already.

    This issue cannot be taken care of from the forums as it is account sensitive, so please contact customer support for further information via SUPPORT at the top of the page. After selecting Log-in scroll to the bottom of the page for an option for Suspended/Compromised for ticket options.

    While a moderator can make sure that your ticket has reached the right team, forum threads will not expedite this process. We cannot know why your account has been locked however Support can tell you more information. Not all instances of a lock are permanent or for disciplinary action.

    Your subscription is effectively canceled if your account is locked. This does not mean you lose your purchase, just that the 'recurring' part of your sub is deactivated so that you are not charged for your next subscription during this time.
