Haven't played in a few months and then login to see I'm banned?

I haven't touched the game in a few months, still subscribed on ps4 but when I tried to login, it said I was banned. I have no idea what it could be for, anyone else get banned without any reason?

And just for more information, I was subbed on renewal and just got charged a few days ago so if I was banned, shouldn't it not have taken the money and if not why would I get banned in the last few days if I've not logged in?

Yea I did, I just didn't remember the secret question I put ( I guessed) So I wanted to make sure they saw it by posting a thread.
