Devs please read- major bug and no response to tickets
Hi Zos, me again...
Three days ago I put in a ticket saying that I can't log into my two main characters. This has now spread to my only 4 characters. I am currently on ESO plus subscription and am not able to utilize this time. Three days for a ticket response is just plain ridiculous.
It has something to do with Rawl'kha and I know I'm not the only one getting the bug, how do I go about getting my characters moved from rawll'kha so I can actually play the game that I am paying for. Tried forum posts and tickets and got nothing yet.
