EP manor lacking compared to DC and AD

DC manor has a bigger outdoor area than EP and access to ocean through trapdoor which you can build on. SerenityFalls Estate has a huge outdoor area compared to the 3.

What does EP manor have besides a view of a volcano and lots of ash?
