Will furniture plans drop from crafting writs?

Similar to how provisioning writs give recipes will any writs give furniture plans? Didn't see anything in the patch notes for this one way or another but this would be great if they do as I am pretty over getting the same green provisioning recipes repeatedly.

However, having furnishing plans drop from the daily crafting writs isn't a bad idea. Let's hope someone at ZOS picks that up.
