Help me please before I go totally insane, how do I get the western keystone Dominion Alchemest

Please help me find the western keystone in quest Dominion Alchemest, I feel so stupid, this is doing Cadwells Gold I am level 50 and I have been all over the map trying to get to it for hours and hours so if some kind person could save my sanity I would be most grateful, thank you in advance.

It has been a while since I have done this, but there are is an area of the dungeon kind of tucked away from the other part, but I think that is for the side quest in there, not the Keystone QuestEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
