2 MAJOR topics , whats your take and when can we expect it, SPELL CRAFT AND ENFORCER SYSTEM.

Mikkiz1990b16_ESO
enforcer system has been talked about for a while now and should allready be in the game, a system where if you had a bounty, you can be hunted by players and are basicly an outlaw, world pvp

spell crafting, a system whjere you collect things to piece together spells, sell them on the auction house and learn them permanently and apply to your bar,

any news on when these things will ever be worked more on, since i know it was allready worked on before

The PvP part of the justice system has been canceled, spell crafting is not a priority atm.

why would they ever in the world cancel the pvp part of the justice system? it could work perfectly, and go smoothly, i dont see what went wrong ,

hunt a player who has a bounty on his head, he is basicly red and hostile to you, he is hostile to all players and has a bounty debuff that cannot expire when killed by fall damage or him self, he has to die by monsters or players, he will be lootable for a head you can collect, then get it back to the guards and get a reward.

    it encourges exploration ,

I don't remember with what they reasoned exactly but I believe it was that they don't want to enforce PvP on people. Grief and exploit opportunities might have been a factor as well.
Anyway, they said it on ESO live quite a while ago.

You're never, ever, going to be able to sell that type of forced PvP experience to the PvE players. They've stated numerous times that they don't want it, and won't stand for it.

PvP 'justice' for PvE actions isn't an acceptable mechanic for people that want nothing to do with PvP in the first place. Beating that dead horse isn't going to make it magically happen, no matter how many threads are started on the subject, especially given that the Dev team has stated that the PvP element of the Justice system is toast.

As far as it 'working perfectly and going smoothly', that's impossible to guarantee. There will be those who abuse the system and use it as a tool for griefing and trolling the PvE players. PvE players already don't want anything to do with Cyrodill and IC, to the point that some even skip picking up the shards and PvE quests that would net them skill points. Given that, what makes you think they'd want anything to do with world PvP?

Better to put that energy into improving the current PvP system. Add arenas, add some other maps with things like flag capture, etc.. Content that can be repeated at will, instead of long drawn out campaigns like there are now. Finding ways to gank PvE players isn't going to do anything to improve ESO.

This enforcer system seems like fun, but there should be some conditions.

There should be a limit to players being able to kill these rogues. Like, you can kill high bounty players, but you need to finish a certain "guard training" quest in a certain town to have permission to hunt them. You can only fight these players when the white bar of their bounty meter is in the highest bounty stage, and as long as they are within the city walls, for which you trained. You can't fight players in other cities, unless you have yourself re-assigned at a post in another city, which will cost you.
Finally: you can't be assigned to the main capital city of each alliance, like Deshaan.

You can even have a skill line with passives for these enforcers.

In any casy, you don't deserve to be hunted down by players just because you stole once, though if you keep doing it and getting caught...

Enforcer system would be fun, but I feel like somewhat that would be exploited as well (let say you get a certain reward for hunting down a "wanted" players). Spellcrafting, to much balance issues would come with this, so NO from me.

Another thread on this? From the 2016 Year Ahead:
We will not be adding in the previously discussed PvP component of the Justice System. We caveated this many times - as I said at the ESO QuakeCon presentation in 2014, it was always going to be very difficult making it fun, but not exploitable. When introducing new systems to the game, our number one goal is to make sure that we don't introduce new problems. Having players enforce justice on the criminal activity of other players has the potential to introduce imbalances and other issues that greatly outweigh any potential gameplay benefits. The game's central concept of "PvP in PvP areas and be safe in safe areas" needs to stay the way it is.
So there it is - no PvP in "safezones", that is their official word, and thus the Enforcer system will never come in its envisioned form.
I still often hope they might revamp their concept and let us make PvE enforcers, just for the chance to play a "lawful" character as opposed to a "rouge-ish" character with TG and DB... as I keep mentioning https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/306759/additional-guild-ideas
Spellcrafting is on the back burner for now. It is a fun and interesting system, but it is not in our current plans to bring it to you in the coming year. We really like the design and what it contributes to the game, though, so we will do what we can in the future to make it happen and do it right.
So, its a bit like Cthulhu... "It is not dead what can eternally lie, and with strange eons going by, mayhap even death may die" ;)

Still hope that if they pick it up again, it won't become a "make your own skills" mess that ends up with everyone and their granny running the very same "super-effective" build...
...and wish they would make it to create consumable spellscrolls instead, if there is an "ammo" on these things, it would be far less of an issue...
    ...but time will tell. Someday.

The only way to do Justice PvP is by finding a way to not make it really bad for the PvE peeps. In my mind that would mean designing a zone which would be the only zone with Justice PvP (because of some lore reason), leaving the rest of Tamriel as is. Could either be some battleground type map or a 'normal' zone in all respects but the Justice System. Either way, very unlikely.

As far as Spellcrafting is concerned: curious if we'll get a blog post from Firor this week.
