Whenever i use strife and its morphs and then i try to medium/heavy attack with my destro staff it won't work.
Most of the time he just flicks his hand but nothing comes out and right now in my Maelstrom Run, It wasn't letting me attack with my staff at all, i could only spam swallow soul.
Kept dying because it was getting frustrating trying to fix it.
It's due to using my left hand (swallow soul,entropy) and trying to heavy attack with my other hand.

Anyone else experiencing this with a staff NB or any other class?

You have to practice weaving strife. The whole animation needs to finish before you can use a staff attack. Strife weaving is super slow and clunky but it works once you get it down
