OMG the BOTS

Has anyone else noticed an influx of the all bots in the PVE zones? A friend and I were trying to lvl skill lines and there was multiple bots in the areas, to the point where they would splot up even after you messed up their patterns just to get ahead of you.

I've reported many bots but it doesn't seem to help much.

Yup. I spied 4 templars with 2h swords yesterday farming mudcraps on the Drowned coast Dolmen. They were moving like train across the place. I baited the monsters from the nearby Dolmen to them and they killed these bots but they were taught to respawn in a wayshrine and walk right back to their positions and continue farming.. How are we supposed to kill bots now?

That's not the type of bot I'm seeing these days. What I'm seeing is a lot of very simple 1 key bots standing near a dolmen firing a ranged ability at the dolmen boss' spawn spot. It's just lazy grinders leveling.

You should see the amount of people rubber banding their controllers at the dolmen just outside Vulkhel Guard in AD [PS4 EU]. It's like Las Vegas/Blackpool. I don't even report them because ZoS don't seem to mind huge groups of players using questionable methods, so I don't see why I should waste a second of my time reporting them.

Not sure what to think here.

Bots don't act intelligently, so there is no splitting up just to get shead of you. Bots are marathon runners, not sprinters. They win through sheer perseverance because normal players will give up long before they do. This makes me think you were messing with other players, not bots.

I have to wonder whether your own skill leveling looked like botting to other players in the area.

Well, that's simply because what's being described is one player with a multiboxed bot train. The following characters simply replicate what the real person-played account does plus some simple other rules. Easy enough to infer if you watch them even a brief time.
