Suggestion. How to remake the group tool option.

At the moment, the only way to get a group is either to group it yourself or using the group tool.
The group tool are completely random, it doesnt matter if you are at cp cap and another player just started the game and are low level no cp. You will still be grouped together.
This has more downsides then upsides in my opinion, and I will explain why.

1: The loot trade system is a great way for you to complete your build, specially after the bind of pickup system in every dungeon. Getting a low level player in your group, doesnt give you any benefit from this ingame option, since the loot level are scaled individually. I made a post about this before and got called selfish, which is why I would like to add that I recently have been running coa for the sunderflame weapons, and many random players got happy when I told them I will give my burning spellweave divine away for free :).

2: If you group for a random dungeon, specially veteran, it is not as random as you think. Most of the time, you will get grouped with some players who already are on the last boss and been stuck for hours, meaning you wont complete the whole dungeon for either pledge, farm, achievements or other reasons. You simply are not grouped with other players who pressed the "random veteran dungeon" option. You are grouped with someone who had a DD that ragequitted, and they started the group tool queue while waiting at last boss. Some players dont mind this, including me that time I just wanted to farm selene last boss, but its still wrong in my opinion.

3: Some players have done a specific dungeon 500 times before, and have spent months and years in this game, pushing themself to their max limit. Those players are getting really bored of the dungeon itself, and have no interest in spending more time than necessary there. A quick 20 min icp to get their keys for this insane trait rng is what they want, and honestly I dont see any reason why they shouldnt think like this either. I know those player getting alot of hate in the community for being selfish and not want to help others, but that is not the case always. Sometimes a quick 20 min dungeon is all they have time for as well before dinner, dog walk or other real life plans. To be fair, they have invested alot of time and gold in this game, to have the knowledge and dps to do it.

4: Back in the days, when dungeons like coa, wgt, prison etc was new, there was no one who could carry someone through them. Refering to point 3 above, I have read alot on forum about some new low level players are getting angry for being kicked of a group just because they are low cp and first time in the dungeon. When I was first time in the dungeons, I learned them and had alot of fun with 3 others who never had completed it as well. This was how we completed dungeons before. No one could or would carry me through them.

The solution: I will refere my example to League of Legends. For those who have played that game, when you make a custom game, you can chose if it is an open game or closed with password. Also, if someone enters, you can look at their account stats, how many games they have won and their rank. You also make a description and a headline, so people can read what this game is about before they enter.
ESO could have something simular. A meny where you could write a description of what your group will do. You dont have to travel from zone to zone to find players, and you dont get a random low level player who grouped for veteran dungeon when he thought it was normal dungeon he queued for (yes this has been the case many many times).
No one would get a negative suprise before entering group. New players could write in the description that they are new to dungeons, and would like to try them out with other patient new players, which is exactly how it was in the beginning when the dungeons were made. If someone only are interested for a high dps or experienced tank etc, they could write this as well, and both the current group and the experienced player would be pleased. This also would be a perfect option for those who are not really sure if they want to start a group or not, but it depend what type of group they get. Instead of waiting on group tool search or constantly paying attention to zone chat, you could look around in this meny to see if there was any dungeon or trial group that suites you.

Im sure this system also could work for trials, or even role players for those who are into that. Again, there is nothing wrong with being new to this game, same way as there is nothing wrong with being experienced and unpatient sometimes. But there is no secret that theese two types of players, rarely come along with eachother.
