Mag Sorc

Thinking about dusting off my mag sorc dps (pve). I was wondering what to hear him with "pre-trial" gear. I can craft 9 trait and any monster/dungeon sets. Would like to hear suggestions if possible. For now I'm thinking 5 BSW/5 Elegance (need to farm/buy still) and molag kena or llambris.
I was also wondering about using a vma staff. I know sharpened is the ideal one but I only have infused inferno/frost and decisive inferno, so wondering if any other traits would beat a non-vma sharpened staff?

Illambris, 5 BSW, infall/moon dancer/willpower jewelry. And an ifall/moon dancer sharpened flame staff on both bars. If you don't have ifall or moon dancer jewelry and are using willpower then any generic staff once it's sharpened.

Also only use sharpened. By itself sharpened gives your DPS more of a boost than most 5 piece sets. So must have.

I know this is for PvE. But If you go into PvP. Please don't give in and slot EOTS like every other scrub sorc out there relying on some overpowered BS skill. That does not make anyone a "good" mag sorc.
