To whom it may concern,
ESO... I am done with all of your crap. I have spent a lot of money on this game via crown store and ESO membership. You threatened to banned me because some whinny person got offended by my character's name (Dönald J Trump) I do not understand what is so offensive by it. I've seen people with Hillary Clinton, Obama and what not. Even celebrity names whom have not been forced a name change. You even sent me an email and an in game mail telling me that I will be banned if it happens further. I don't care what the community says or does with this post. I am done with anything that you guys put out. I will not spend another moment on this game. You have lost a customer.

Celebrity names are against the TOS so always get banned when noticed - or reported. I suspect the latter in your case.

I'm just telling you their rules; I didn't make them up. I have at least one inappropriate/masked character name. I also had them change one on me that wasn't meant to be offensive, but was a complicated Spoonerism of the term "Daggerfall Covenant." I also know not to waste time arguing with semi-literate yes-men, so I didn't bother to fight it.

It's corporate culture/bad management rather than priorities. No one actually decided to care but there are offline employees (forum mods, email customer support once you get past the auto reply bot, community managers) but there is no in-game personnel assigned to be there all the time. They get put there when something catches the attention of some apparatchik sufficiently that it makes it past the do-nothing layer and gets the attention of the PR layer. The creative layer has nothing to do with any of this.

The TOS says you can't impersonate any person or entity. That's what you agreed to. And this example is stickier, because it's impersonation of a family member of ZeniMax's corporate governance.

If you don't understand the rules, ask. If you think it's wrong, ask. If you're corrected, take the correction and move on. Not everybody gets caught immediately. But they do. Eventually.
