Small Request for next Update: Change Belkarth to a safe-zone

Since all max crafting writs are deposited in Belkarth- it would be nice if ZoS could make Belkarth's zone like most major cities- where you don't have to wait 10 seconds to log off every time you turn in writs. I know it's a small, insignificant request... but it's not outrageous or controversial. It would just add a little convenience to completing multiple writs.
