Awesome Player or Something Else?

OK, so last night I was doing some PVP in Haderus (PC-NA). Lots of fun, good battles for keeps, not much lag, good times.
At one point (open field PVP fight), I got killed instantly by someone with a bow. Battle recap showed Lethal Injection, two or three other attacks (forget which ones), and another Lethal Injection. It was POW -- insta-death. I didn't even have time to block, dodge roll, etc.
About ten minutes later, I'm defending the keep's walls and the same player insta-kills me with the same combination of attacks while he and his group are attacking the front door.
So I'm asking all the experts here: is it possible to launch 4-5 apparently simultaneous bow attacks, or to pull this off does a player need to cheat somehow (macros?). The game wasn't lagging at the time of death, so I don't think lag was an issue. Never seen this before. Not whining, but generally curious.

✭Snipe > Snipe > HA > Poison injection can all land within 1.1secs.
Snipe > HA > Poison injection can land within 0.1secs.

No. Had my gold PVP gear. That said, I was on my sorc and I am squishy. Suppose if I was on my 70K health templar I could have laughed off the attack as only a fletch wound, but I have more fun with my sorc.0
