Looking for NA-PC pvp guild (hardcore/Emperor group)

Looking for a guild that is coordinated and routinely crowns guild members as Emperor in PvP.
Coming from one of the best pvp guilds/group of players on NA PS4. Recently upgraded pc to be able to play the game, and decided to give my PS4 to a relative for Christmas.
Looking for a dedicated, fun group of mature pvpers that take their fights seriously. 15+ year history of competitive MMOs/games,
huge WAR vet(Dalor-Archmage with guilds Blacklisted, Legends on Averheim, Ungrim, Iron Rock servers )
Going to re-level a Templar haven't decided which faction, guild will determine that choice, though I will level up one for all three eventually, three templars, mainly healer, but enjoy magicka dps too
