So she stopped giving me quests after the achievement "New Life Celebrant", anyone else experience this?

Vampirism is survived by its stamina counterpart, the werewolf, that has a fully functioning kit, reasonable ability costs, and does not stack debuffs onto regular abilities, sustain, and defense.

You can only do each of the 9 quests once per day (per character). Swap characters or come back tomorrow (unless I'm misunderstanding something in your post).
