And two handed passive "heavy weapons" still active while in WW form ? Do i get %20 more penetration from 2H mace ? or bleed damage from axes ?

No. all that weapon passive are gone and u get werewolf passives.

If I remember correctly, the only thing you get to keep is the "printed" weapon damage from your equipped weapon (and armor from your shield if you're wearing one). I suspect Nirnhoned and Defending turn off when you transform, those might be special cases, but doubt they remain active.
