New Life Festival (Keg) for exp.....Where is it and how do we access it?

Just hoping to clarify from anyone whose had success...
-Where is the "keg" and how is it accessed?
This is actually how it looks on Xbox One NA and the grouping has grown after I completed the first quest
1.Where is the keg
2. how do we access it
3. when is it accessible
4. how do we go to the next quest as the NPC didn't provide a new quest after the first was completed
All of this may be a result of the server kicking me off each time I enter a populated quest area but honestly as frustrating as its been, I still want to try and do the event.

Yeah....gear or costume dying is an automatic crash for me too....I expect to dye stuff about two or three times in between crashes.

✭✭It is directly next to Breda, on her right (your left as you look at her). If you go near it you will get a popup saying "Breda's Magnificent Mead", drink from this to obtain the buff!

That was my fear, then its not working on xbox one NA (for me on two different characters)
I interacted with this as well as those on the other side.....I cant really see it but spinning around a few times it will eventually pop-up and I can select it, the problem is, it always pops up as a book.
Maybe I'm not actually getting to touch the keg tho

I had this exact thing happen to me, not last night, but the night before in stormhaven. Dyed my costume, got out of that screen, realized the costume colors did not change, then game crashed.
There as been alot of weird lag, crashes, and issues the last few days.

I was able to a drop a "No Lollygagging." before it got real bad on Xbox.

Yes it's a bug but if you go to the outside perimeter of the building where there's less ppl it will work. That's how I got around the bug.1
