What gear should i get for my tank

Right now I have full blood spawn set and full knights errant set.

I am currently trying out bahrahas curse set it's ok for trash pulls I like the healing but its not very effective in other situations.

I also have seventh legion set but i have not tried it yet I'm collecting imperium and black rose to see if I like them. I also have access to tavas favour.

Is there any other set that I should try.

There is a huge amount of sets. it all depens on the situation. I have tavas, dragon, histbark, footman, alkosh. histbark helps on the final boss of MoL.

I run Alkosh, Dragon and then 1p Shadowrend and 1p Chokethorn for the Magicka regen, but Lord Warden or Bloodspawn are go to 2p Monster sets. I swap out my Alkosh for Hist Bark during Veteran Hel Ra Hardmode cause I don't use shuffle in my rotation and I need the extra dodge chance for him, but during vAA, vSO HM, or vMoL HM I don't use it.

Other good sets are Ebon, mostly for offtanks but even a main tank can't go wrong with it, and like others have said Tava's Favor. Sets that you should avoid are Footman, Baharah's Curse and sets that gives you extra damage, Armor master isn't what its cracked up to be either. Resistance is the most overrated stat for tanks. Getting mitigation form other sources is much more efficient and running stuff like Reinforced or Nirnhoned, even Defending for your Traits is not as efficiant as other traits like Infused, Sturdy, Divines, and Decisive.

leeching plate is better than bahraha curse because it scale to weapon damage/stamina instead of spellpower/magicka, and leeching plate can proc multiple aoe at the same time while bahraha can only have one active aoe. the amount of healing you receive from leeching plate when swarmed by adds can be ridiculously high.

knight errant set doesnt look very appealing to me, since those skills are not good for spamming. if you want more survivability, you can try pariah set for stupid amount of resistance buff, or hist bark for 20% dodge chance, or whitestrake for the oh-crap auto damage shield. there are many better sets than these, but these are some of the cheapest/easiest sets to get.
