Bug or Broken { Ground targeting}

It seems when i use a ground target spell or ability, it become's bugged or unusable.

So now I am stuck in combat, plus, if I try to put some siege down or use caltrops, I see a double gold ring and I can't set off spell or set down the siege.

So wondered it anyone else has had this problem ?

Now I wonder if it will be fixed soon ?

I have quick cast ground abilities on as well and noticed that same happening occasionally -- where the aoe doesn't appear to fire off and all I see is just the yellow ring don't know any fix tho I just tend to keep spamming the ability til it fires and eventually it does.

Same happened to me a few days ago with eruption skill on my DK. Ground target is set to automatically cast. I was in a dungeon but when I left the dungeon it worked fine again...

I reported this in Bugs about a month ago, so here's hoping

I sent a bug report in about a week ago.

It seems to be happening alot more to me now.

So they must know about it and spammed it on me
