Cannot remove a player via vote system...

A player went offline on last boss of dungeon - never returned. We couldn't remove him and all of us kept getting the "your vote has already been cast" message. We couldn't add anyone manually as the group was already full... the player couldn't leave the group as he was offline...
This meant the entire dungeon was a bust. PLEASE fix this bug. It isn't the first time this has happened.
