As a StamBlade is it possible to have a Sniper Build and still be able to keep up in Dungeons/Trials

I've always been a mageblade and have grown really tired of and bored lately. I want to switch to a Sniper Stam build but I also still love running dungeons and trials. Can I do both with one the one character?
I'll say upfront I know nothing about Stam Nightblades so I'm about to start researching builds and gear choices. Is there one gear set that can be viable in both PvP and PvE or will I need 2 different sets?
