ESO Plus Crowns still not here after a week.

Re-subbed last saturday. Didn't get my crowns but I already know that it can take up to 48 hours. Haven't logged in for the whole week. Logged in today still no crowns -_-

Submitted a ticket, we'll see what happens I guess...

Pretty sure you will have to contact Sony or Microsoft if you're on console. No idea if you're on PC.

This has happened to me every month since I resubbed on xbox one back in July. So far no real resolution on a long term fix, however they have been very good at responding to my help ticket and resolving it each month when I ticket it. They typically respond within a day but often I actually have my crowns the same day.

Happens to me every month, usually just have to send a ticket in game and it's gets resolved pretty quick.

Happened to me every month the last 6 months but even though I get extra it still won't be as much as they're saving from the people who don't log in so Dont know and they can only restore 3 months too .
