Which enchantments to pick: magicka cost reduction or magicka regen ?
I would go for magicka cost reduction, as magicka regen should basically be better only if I cast rarer than once at 2 seconds. What do you guys think ?

Also passives/actives can rrturn magica esp on kilks.
Proudly skooma free while talks-when-drunk is in mandatory public housing.
