Being able to see and hear people even though you blocked them

I don't know if this was intended or if was just a bug but I find it hilarious how people can hear and see what I am saying about a week after they blocked me. I troll a lot of people when I get bored with this game and apparently I get bored with it a lot. I have gotten kicked out of a lot of guilds for trolling and had at least 30 people block me total. I already knew people could see what I'm saying through text chat because I was talking to people that blocked me after the shadow of hists update. Then I ran a trial with some guy that blocked me months before that and he was actually able to hear what I was saying. I don't think he remembered me though.

Now I really do enjoy this bug but to be honest it is broken and it needs to be fixed. I know it is broken on PS4, I don't know about XBOX and I don't know about PC or Wii u.

No. I know these people still have blocked me because I message them and they never respond through PSN. I know it's bugged also because about 2 weeks ago a guy I knew since the end of the dark brotherhood update blocked me, I messaged him through by whispering to him (which I was able to do because he was in my guild) and he sounded so surprised when he was able to see what I was asking him.
