Where are the Starter Pack items

Hello,

I've bought on sale the Starter Pack, while the horse mount and the dog companion were added to my collections, the other items can't be found anywhere.
I've checked my MAIL messages but nothing, also nothing in my inventory.
Other items are Crown Repair Kit, Crown Lethal Poison, Crown Experience Scroll and so on. Where can I reedem them ?

You don't redeem them, poisons will go to the poisons tab, in your inventory, have you tried going to a weapon and slotting the poison?

Other items like exp scrolls and food should be in your consumables tab.

Should be easy to find.

To be honest I deleted the character on which I've bought the pack.
Didn't know that it's available on the character on which I have bought. I thought it's like the horse and pet available for all characters. But I've checked now and also Pledge of Mara and Bonus Maps from Imperial add-on and Explorer Pack are not available anymore to retrieve on another character. Good that I didn't retrieved them on the deleted character.

You can try to submit a ticket to have them restore your character. I have done it before, but they may be closed after tonight until Monday.

You bought the pack, then deleted the character? Did you just not like the character?

Sorry, OP! On the bright side, you'll never make that mistake again. Maybe ZOS can restore the character for you (or refund the items).

I am a beginner with a level 8 chararcter now. The character which I deleted was to test something(I had a mission with double ending and wanted to see what happens and how affect my quest each ending, to lie or not).
Anyway I was quick buying that pack mostly for the horse and pet because of the very big discount. And now I remembered to check also the other items. I thought they are reddeamable through a message in Mail like the items from imperial pack or explorers pack.

Thank you all. I will try a ticket to see if I can recover them.
