Robes of the Hist VS Barkskin

fxeconomisteb17_ESO
For the moment I use Robes of the Hist. Is Barkskin better ?
"Is it true her wounds healed on their own ? Yes" No s***, at 75% health regen penalty!

I was a vampire like you, but then I took an idea to the head...

They look about the same to me, except one is a magic set and the other a stam set. Though I am not sure why you would either one, the healing is garbage, 1k ticks in PvP. You would be better off trying some else. Though if I had to choose, it would be barkskin, you get more out of it.

For the record, I had to look them up, here are links to both sets.

    Barkskin.

Ya unfortunately the 50% health regen cut when poisoned or other effect is something not good. I managed to push Hist Sap to 3k/sec, thus just 1.5k in most PvP. Think whether I should replace it with a damage set, like Rattlecage or Soulshine.

if you are a temp (i think this because these sets have no use in pve and Soulshine is garbage on every other class, and is only moderately good on a temp) in pvp, you can't go wrong with kragneracs and cyodils light, you will be channeling a ton and cyros light reduces damage by 15%. don't use rattle cage, get the buff from that it has from entropy.

I'm actually a mag sorc tank and I thought to increase damage on the CS.

I actually tried Cyrodiils Light before the nerf and it was situational. Not saying it's bad but it's now only 15%, it's a good job the 2,3 and 4 piece is still good. I wouldn't use that set even if it was still 25%, Templar is tanky enough so I prefer a more offensive set up.

Ya I thought for a while about Cyrodiil's Light. But thing is, this layer of 15% is too far down the list, the reduction is too small. Second thing, I normally tend to die while knocked down or generally disabled.
