No eso+ member benefits after purchase through steam

So I purchased eso+ a few hours ago from steam and got the currency for the in-game store but did not receive any of the other benefits.

- The eso account management page for my account states "Active - ESO Plus™ Non-Recurring You have an active ESO Plus™ membership through Steam®"

- Steam subscription details state that I have an active eso membership "The Elder Scrolls Online: Plus Membership"

- In-game store however states that I am currently not a eso+ member

- According to my bank, the payment has gone through.

- I received the 1500 crows that come with the subscription

As backstory, I bought the imperial edition back in beta and quit soon afterwards. During the past weekend, during the free weekend on steam, I downloaded the game through steam, linked my eso and steam accounts together and bought the DLC pack from the in-game store using crowns purchased through steam. Later the same day, after the free weekend offer ran out and I lost the eso+ membership benefits, I tried purchasing eso+ through steam and this is where I am now.

I am also currently unable to login to the support page due to some unknown reason (login button simply does nothing) and for this reason I am unable to create a ticket. I hope this post can function as my support ticket.

TL:DR bought eso+ from steam, received the crowns but not the other benefits. Cant contact support through normal means.
