this huge damage after finally destroyed all his shields and stun to finish him without shields...if not damn procing viper he will win + his infernal guard monster set..
glass cannon nb against glass cannon sorc, only 15% resistance from hardy in cp and at all most of fights he was win because of this damn shield stack with this monster sets 50% chance to proc while casting set...similar annyoing set like all proc on stam builds
and please dont say viper isnt op on pvp, its set which is MUST BE on pvp because you without it on stam build on pvp you are just slacker

well.. if you mean for Velidreth set, no it'll stay as it is
its a DLC boss set, it has to be at an advantage of other non-DLC boss sets
