Hello,
I have a character on which I plan to get all achievements. However, I missed the halloween event and so the achievements for it are locked for me.
I don't mind waiting another year to be able to get them again, but if there will never be a way to get these achievements for players who missed the event, I will never be able to truly finish what I started. What do you guys think? Should event achievements be made available again every holiday? Should there be a way to get them again at all?

✭✭✭✭✭You can get started on the Hollowjack motif pages by scouring the guild stores and checking with friends and guildies ... I know I have a couple of pages for sale at our Wayrest guild trader near the wayshrine.
Should be able to complete that achievement with a little resourcefulness ..."May you walk on warm sands."

...but that's only for the motif achievement, which is one of several achievements for the entire festival. Unfortunately, OP still won't be able to get the plundered skulls achievement, and therefore by extension, the complete achievement, which includes a title. Plus, OP won't be able to start/complete the quest that kicked off the festival. That was another achievement. The plundered skulls achievement counted upward to 100, only when actually getting the skull from a boss drop, which of course no longer occurs. In fact when ZOS oops'd with their patch and messed up the skull counter on PC, it was such a big deal, achievement-wise, that it's the reason why ZOS extended the festival on PC for an entire week.
The thing is, if ZOS does have a witches festival next year again, will it still be associated with the same achievements from this year?

Unfortunately, that is the only one available. We'll see next year if the seasonal achievements are recurring, or one shot and gone.
