Is there an active roleplaying presence anywhere in One Tamriel?

I've been away from ESO for almost a year now, and I was wondering how the roleplay community has changed since One Tamriel. I noticed that TESO-RP seems to be down, so I couldn't look there. Are there any active hubs of RP? Any active guilds with events and whatnot?

✭✭There are still several Vampire/Werewolf RP guilds active, but they tend to hold their meetings in really out of the way places. Also there's a Dummer rp guild based in Evermore and a Khajiit rp guild (Kuza Klan) based in Reapers March. ✭✭✭✭✭There used to be. And teso-rp.com was a great place to find it. That's down, now, though. I really don't know. I'm wondering if the roleplayers are just becoming disenfranchised since duel-trolls can just turn up at events and troll people with duelling.
Honestly that's the least hamper to it. Considering many of them -do- PVP and have actually -murderized- them. (It's hilarious to watch. They dont expect Rpers to put in the work required to wipe the floor with them.)
But it's around. The instancing is the biggest obstical to it, because you cant walk into a area and just be grouped with other RPers. (A feature we asked for and were promised pre-release, nothing ever came of it.)
